PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

  • Prepare effective and commited servant leaders for public and private schools with relevant skills, knowledge, and values to assume leadership roles in educational settings.

  • Students will learn how to design, implement, and evaluate lesson planning into classroom practice, and monitor the effectiveness of instruction.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to and passion for teaching while being servant leaders to inspire learning.

  • Graduate students will receive sound research training, a curriculum blend of theory and practice, and values-laden teaching from faculty with considerable experience in the classroom and various administrative roles.
