federal pell grant

A Federal Pell Grant does not have to be repaid. This grant is generally awarded to undergraduate students who have not earned a bachelor’s degree. The amount of the award is based on your FAFSA results and enrollment status. Pell Grant funds will be credited directly to the student’s account.

federal supplemental education opportunity (seog)

The SEOG does not have to be paid back. This grant is awarded to Pell-eligible students who demonstrate the greatest nancial need. Valid FAFSA results must be received in the Financial Aid Of ce to receive consideration. The SEOG funds will be credited directly to the student’s account.

federal work study

The Federal Work-Study program makes it possible for students with financial need to earn money while attending college. You earn wages based on the number of hours you work and any wages earned are paid directly to the student. Students who are eligible for Federal Work-Study are not guaranteed jobs.

nebraska opportunity grant

The NOG does not have to be repaid. This grant is awarded to Pell eligible students who are Nebraska residents. The NOG funds will be credited to the student’s account.

**Tuition, fees, and scholarships are subject to change. While many students qualify for multiple sources of aid, NC limits institutional grants and scholarships to one award per student. 

ministry honors program

This Program is designed for students who know they've been called to use their gifts to serve the Lord in full-time vocational ministry. Those in the program will receive one-on-one coaching from successful leaders and develop life-long relationships. They will serve in dynamic churches from their first semester on campus, where they will gain real-life experience that will prepare them for a lifetime of servant leadership. The Church Leadership Honors Program is academically rigorous and will challenge students as they become fully equipped to lead and impact the world for Christ.

This scholarship will be applied to your tuition for up to four years bringing tuition to a net rate of $10,000 per year.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

  • Recommendations and personal interview
  • Cumulative High School GPA of 3.0
  • Maintain 3.0 semester GPA while in the Honor’s Program
  • Live on campus in Nebraska
  • Serve the college 50 hours per semester through an assigned team
  • Participate in weekly meetings, luncheons with guest speakers
  • Community service with local churches

president's scholarship

$5,500 PER YEAR

  • 24+ ACT or 1100+ SAT
  • GPA 3.5+
  • Maintain 3.5 GPA

dean's scholarship

$4,200 PER YEAR

  • 19+ ACT or 900+ SAT
  • GPA 3.0+
  • Maintain 3.0 GPA

ncc scholarship

UP TO $3,100 PER YEAR, FOR UP TO FOUR YEARS

  • Offered to new freshman and transfer students
  • 2.5 GPA required with a 2.0 renewal GPA
  • EFC highly considered
